When outlook is configured with an Exchange account, you don't have to worry about Send/Receive schedule. Exchange will take care of it automatically whenever new message comes in it polls email.Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

As Amit said, if you dont hit send receive, will no new mail come in? Also you could try recreating your Outlook profile.Mark Morowczynski|MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:ES, SA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Hi Awong, The Send/Receive Group settings are saved in the file yourprofilename.srs file. The issue may occur that the file corrupted. I suggest you rename the file and logon Outlook to change the Send/Receive settings to troubleshoot the issue. If the issue still persists, you can also consider recreate Outlook profile. Mike
